HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS?
You can order tickets for the shows on our ticketpage once we open them
I ORDERED TICKETS BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE THEM, WHAT DO I DO?

CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKETS AFTERWARDS?
No this is not possible, the tickets can not be upgraded after the purchase.
CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
If you want to buy a ticket at the door this will only be possible if there are tickets left. Paying cash at the door is NOT allowed but via this website leftover tickets can be purchased at the door.
HOW IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We will only give a refund due to unforseen circumstances. If you can't make the show due to force majeure send and email to info@tuckstopproductions.com
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO ENTER THE SHOW?
There is no minimum age to enter the show, drag is for all ages!!! Although we would advice people under 16 to be accompanied by an adult.
WHAT IS THE TIMETABLE?
For MEET & GREET ticket holders the doors will open at 18.00h CET.
MEET & GREET will start around 18.30h CET
For REGULAR ticketholders the doors will open around 20.00h CET (after the MEET & GREET is done)
Show will start at 21.00h CET and will end around 23.30h CET
For AFTERPARTY ticketholders the doors will open after the show ends, around 23.30h CET. Pleae remember that this ticket will NOT give access to the sho itself.
HOUSERULES
Drugs and weapons are strictly forbidden. If we discover drugs or weapons, we will immediateley notify the police.
It is forbidden to express any form of racism. E.g.: all texts, symbols, gestures and improper statements that lead to racism are forbidden !
Every visitor in possession of a ticket participates at the event at his own risk and dismisses the organization of all responsibility. The visitor agrees to every instruction the organization is imposed as part of the public order and the safety during the show.
When the visitor receives a ticket, he agrees to the possibility that he/she/they might get filmed or photographed during the show. These images can be registered or stored. The images can also be used by the organization to promote the event.
FEMPIRE is a show that welcomes everyone regardless of gender, language, political persuasion, racial or ethnic origin, religion or ideology, handicap or impairment, age or sexual orientation. We reject any form of physical or verbal abuse, harassment and respectless behaviour!
By purchasing a ticket you explicitly confirm that you as a visitor are bound by our regulations. Any infringement of these rules will be sanctioned. Tuckstop Productions reserves the right to deny access to the event to anyone at any time if there is sufficient reason to do so.
